Resources for the Future (RFF) is pleased to host two prominent lawmakers who have—in their words—a “simple, fair, and effective plan to address the dangers of climate change.” We invite you to join us on Thursday, March 28 for RFF Live’s "Putting a Price on Carbon," where we’ll speak to Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA). They will announce the introduction of the 2019 Healthy Climate and Family Security Act—their ‘cap and dividend’ proposal—and talk about the need to address climate change and ways Congress can act.
